Intake Session
$175 (90-minutes)
Our first session is called an intake session. It's a bit different from typical therapy sessions, as it’s focused on getting a comprehensive picture of your background and current concerns. We’ll start with a brief introduction to help us get to know each other, then I’ll ask a series of questions about your mental, physical, and social well-being. This helps me understand what’s bringing you in and how I can best support you. If time allows, we’ll begin to identify your goals and outline a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Individual Therapy Sessions
$125 (55-minutes)
In ongoing therapy sessions, we’ll focus on the goals we’ve set together, while allowing space for whatever feels most important to you that day. Sessions are collaborative and flexible—you might explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, or patterns that are affecting your well-being. I’ll draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies to support your progress, always honoring your pace and values. Whether we’re working through a specific challenge or building long-term skills, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can happen.
